Visiting this website, using linked resources, booking a consultation, or sending an inquiry does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. Any representation is subject to a conflict check and an agreed engagement.

Confidentiality and deadlines

Do not send confidential or sensitive information, children’s records, or documents before an engagement is confirmed. A website inquiry does not protect or extend any legal or administrative deadline. Do not use this form for an emergency or a time-sensitive filing.

This website describes Howard Wu’s practice counseling and representing childcare providers in California. No outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Inquiries and email

The contact form collects your name, email address, and brief message so Howard can consider and respond to your inquiry. It sends an owner notification through Brevo, an email delivery service, using an existing verified sender; replies are directed to the email address you provide. The website does not send an automatic receipt, enroll you in marketing, or store inquiry text in a website database. Messages and replies may remain in the practice’s email systems and the email provider’s processing records. Ordinary email is not a secure channel for confidential information. You can instead email howard@preschoolattorney.com.

Security and hosting

Cloudflare Turnstile checks the contact form for abuse and may process device, browser, and network information. The form uses a short-lived, secure first-party security cookie, request verification, a hidden spam field, and hashed rate-limit and token-replay records; these safeguards do not require storing your inquiry text. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process ordinary access and security logs. Cloudflare, Brevo, and the hosting provider process information under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.

Consultations and resource documents

The Consultations page embeds Howard’s TidyCal profile. TidyCal handles appointment availability, booking details, and any payment through its own service; opening or interacting with the embed can transmit browser and network information to TidyCal. No booking or payment is completed merely by visiting this website. Resource templates and previews remain hosted by Google Docs; Google may process access information and require sign-in to copy a document. External services, including the separate PreschoolAttorney.ai service, have their own terms, privacy practices, and access requirements.

Website analytics

The public www.preschoolattorney.com website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and page use. Google Analytics may use cookies and process device, approximate location, and network information. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled. The tag removes query strings and fragments from the page location and referring URL; names, email addresses, inquiry text, and client identifiers are not deliberately sent to analytics. Automatic form-interaction tracking is disabled. Analytics does not confirm an appointment or attorney-client engagement. Browser privacy tools may limit collection.
