I've been in your shoes.
I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2010. My wife and I opened Aspen Leaf Preschool in San Diego in 2012. I handled legal and administrative aspects while also working as a civil litigation attorney.
In the years since, I've encountered most of the issues you might be facing: injuries or unusual incidents; licensing complaints submitted out of retaliation; issues related to parents, employees, ex-employees, neighbors, landlords.
In the past few years, I've advised and represented schools, licensees, owners, administrators, and staff in connection with even more issues: license revocation actions, civil lawsuits for damages, and all manner of appeals or disputes with licensing.
